Important additional Public Information for on the Evening
Please read this FIRST:
If anyone needs to bring disabled spectators to the event, please
Facebook Private message or ring me with the registration of the car
and you MUST arrive before 5:30pm.
We will not be able to get vehicles through to the safe area after that.
So, under school age (4 years old) children do not need a ticket,
all children aged from 5 years old and older) need a ticket at £7 per head,
there is no concessions.
When you arrive at the venue there is first a ticket check - NO TICKET, NO ENTRY.
Then there is the actual entrance to the event where the stub of the tickets will be torn off
and the big piece returned to you.
Please keep hold of this as there is a map on the reverse showing emergency exits.
In the unlikely event of an emergency please listen to the announcements over the
speaker system and do as they say. This is for YOUR safety.
